Module 1: Overview and Program Design
This module give you a high level understanding of HeroWork and how it works, as well as the basic design of the "HeroWork Way."
Module 2: Overview of Projects, Strategies, and Processes
This module will provide an overview of all six stages to a HeroWork Radical Renovation, as well as the underlying strategies that make our program successful and the processes that make us efficient.
Module 3: Strategies
This module focuses on the underlying strategies that make our program successful, including relational marketing, buy-in culture, and a wide array of communication strategies
Module 4: Processes
This module focuses on the "processes" that support the deliver of projects, making us efficient, productive and working from the same playbook. This includes a planning process, a master scheduling process, sales processes, business processes, and communications processes.
Module 5: Project Planning Deliverables
This module focuses on staff deliverables associated with the third phase of projects: planning.
Module 6: Project Mobilization Deliverables
This module focuses on staff deliverables associated with the fourth phase of projects: mobilization of community.
Module 7: Project Event Delivery
This module focuses on staff deliverables associated with the fifth phase of projects: Project event delivery. This module will also included detailed expectations of staff as well as a generic schedule of both weekday and weekend execution of events.
Module 8: Project Close Out
This module focuses on staff deliverables associated with the last phase of projects: Project close out.
Module 9: Staff Handbooks
This is the place to download the most recent copy of your role's handbook. Check here annually for new versions.
Module 10: Templates and Branding
This is the place to download copies of templates and past examples of documents. Elements include branding guides and logos, MOAs and LOEs, past Impact Reports, planning templates, master schedule templates, and much, much more. This will save everyone a lot of time and energy. Check here annually for new versions.
Module 11: IT Training and Help
This module has "help" documents and screen capture videos on how to use HeroWork IT softwares, such as Salesforce, Active Campaign, Office 365, Canada Helps, etc. Check here annually for new versions.
Module 12: Policies
This area of our training program contains all relevant operational policies that affect employees. Policies range from the Volunteer Policy to Conflict of Interest, from our Execution of Financial Instruments to Sick Leave. Doesn't sound exciting but still necessary
Module 13: Human Resources
This area of our training program contains all relevant Human Resources materials, including Payroll information, benefits, taking leave, harassment and discrimination. Please check annually for updates.
